WILL I BE PUT TO SLEEP?
No. Hypnotherapy is not about putting you to sleep. You will be guided into a state of deep trance where you will be totally relaxed and ready to accept new suggestions to start your journey towards the new you. You will have the power to come out of trance whenever you want to.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T WAKE UP?
There is no possibility of you not waking up. This is, in the first instance, because you are not actually asleep but also because, as you are professionally guided into a trance-like state, you are guided back into complete consciousness in the same manner.
WILL I BE MADE TO DO THINGS I DON'T WANT TO?
Many people get hypnotherapy mixed up with stage hypnotism. They are two totally different things. As a receiver of hypnotherapy, your sub-conscious will only accept suggestions that you have previously agreed to and any suggestions it doesn't agree with will be disregarded.
